A snapshot, not a judgement
Talent Composer is a narrative simulator that explores how you prioritise when things get complicated. You step into a story. You make the calls. We describe the pattern in your choices — not who you are. It's designed to open more doors than it closes.
Join the Open Lab
We don't promise definitive answers. This is a shared laboratory: by playing, you help us understand how people make choices under pressure. In return, you get a personal reflection report — what your choices revealed, what they might cost you, and one question to take with you. If the report gets you wrong, we want to know. That's the point.
Your data
We store your email address (if you give it), your choices with timing, your self-report, your feedback and the report we send you — nothing else. The data is used only in anonymised form to improve the tool, is never shared with anyone, and is deleted on request.
